Refund Policy – the basics

At Sala Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return or exchange items purchased in-store or online (once our webshop is active).

What to include in the Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Earrings or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size (subject to availability).

  • If we don’t have your preferred size, you may request a refund or choose another item of equal value.

5. Return Shipping (for online orders)

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.

  • We will cover all costs to replace or refund faulty goods.
